Overview:
Working as a full time Deployment Specialist you will focus on deploying computer hardware and software that improves efficiency at our Fastenal stores. This position will be based in the Kentucky/Tennessee Sales region.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Implementing efficient business processes at Fastenal stores
Providing training to store employees
Working with Developers to improve software applications at Fastenal stores
Participating in testing of new applications and hardware
Learning Fastenal business applications, and become an expert on their use
Working with the Developers, QA and Support Teams within the Computer Department
Traveling (primarily driving) to Fastenal stores
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
Must have an aptitude and interest in working with computer software and hardware
At least a 2 year degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
A professional and positive work attitude
Must have a valid driver''s license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
